Darkroom Techniques make images come alive

I am traveling this week. Spending time in the hotel room this morning looking at other photographers work. I came across the web site for a traditional black and white film photographer,  Rolfe Horn photography. He has a section on his site were he shows how he brings his images to life. On these pages he compares a simply printed image to one that has been dogged and burnt during enlargement. I found this very helpful.
